Athletic Work is now recruiting scaffolders for direct hire to our client in Stockholm. This means you will be employed directly by the company and have the opportunity to become a long-term part of their operations.

Our client is an established player in the scaffolding industry, working on everything from small contracts to large construction projects. Here, you will become part of an engaged team where safety, quality, and collaboration are in focus.

As a scaffolder, you will assemble, adapt, and dismantle construction scaffolds at various work sites around Stockholm. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy active work where no two days are alike.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues in projects where planning, communication, and safety are crucial for success.

• Assembly and dismantling of construction scaffolds
• Material handling and transport of scaffold materials
• Ensuring work is carried out according to current regulations and safety requirements
• Collaboration with colleagues, foremen, and other trades on the construction site
• Contributing to a safe and well-organized work environment

• Has experience in scaffolding or the construction industry
• Has scaffolding training for heights over 9 meters
• Is hands-on and enjoys physical work
• Has a strong safety mindset
• Is responsible and reliable
• Thrives in a team environment
• Speaks Swedish or English

• Education or professional certification in scaffolding
• Fall protection training
• Experience from construction or contracting projects
